McCarthy Multi-Cap Stock Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The Fund may invest in companies of any size from larger, well-established companies to smaller companies. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the Fund's net assets will be invested in equity securities. It may also invest in fixed-income obligations including U. S. Treasury and agency obligations, corporate debt securities, and convertible bonds rated at least investment grade by one of the nationally-recognized statistical ratings organizations or the unrated equivalent.
